Welcome Letters
Welcome to Our Island Paradise!
On behalf of the Government and the people of Bermuda, it is truly my pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of our visitors. Just about two hours from most U.S. East Coast cities and six hours from Europe, Bermuda is 21 square miles of breathtaking beaches, quaint roadways, gorgeous scenery, unique architecture and the bluest waters as far as the eye can see.
Throughout the year, you can experience a host of events and activities showcasing Bermuda's thriving culture and rich history. Events include the Bermuda International Love Festival, the 15th Annual Bermuda Music Festival, the PGA Grand Slam of Golf and much, much more!
If you happen to miss any of these signature events, Bermuda has a host of year-round activities for your enjoyment. These include our premier shopping establishments, exceptional restaurants, magnificent hiking trails and of course our award-winning golf courses. If you are seeking something a bit more serene, please visit one of our many spas, which will help dissolve your stresses and reinvigorate your mind, body and spirit.
However you choose to spend your vacation, I am confident that your Bermuda Experience will be memorable.
We know that you have a wide range of vacation destinations to choose from. Thank you for choosing Bermuda. We look forward to your return in the near future.
Sincerely,
Dr. the Hon. Ewart F. Brown, JP, MP

Minister of Tourism and Transport
Dear Visitor,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Bermuda. I present you with Experience Bermuda 2010|11, a comprehensive guide to the best the island has to offer, from luxurious resorts to pristine beaches and fine dining.
Go sightseeing through our historic parishes, visit our premier boutiques or just sit back and take in the stunning view. You can also participate in a host of events showcasing Bermuda's rich heritage and festive lifestyle.
Of course, Bermuda's most precious treasure is the people who live here. The warmth and friendliness of Bermudians (or "Onions") reflects the spirit of hospitality that is part of our culture.
There is an abundance of things to do while in Bermuda. However you decide to spend your visit, rest assured that it will be an experience you won't soon forget.
