A uniquely Bermudian souvenir is a bottle of Gosling's Black Seal, Bermuda's signature rum. In addition, many stores stock popular brands at prices as much as 40 percent below those in the United States. Wine is an especially good buy, says local restaurateur Philip Barnett. "That's because Bermuda taxes wines according to their alcohol content, not according to their price," he says.

Remember you'll need Gosling's Black Seal Rum to make Bermuda's famous signature drink, the Dark 'n Stormy^TM. Fill highball glass with ice, add 1.5 oz of Gosling's Black Seal Rum, top with Ginger Beer. Finish by squeezing a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass and garnish with lemon wedge.
