Imagine yourself on the tranquil pink sands of Bermuda sitting in lotus position, breathing in crisp ocean air—all in the presence of a renowned yoga instructor. If that sounds like you’re ideal getaway, you’re in luck. Avid yogis and beginners alike will find the peace and tranquility they’re looking for at the 2016 Bermuda Yoga Festival.

Held at the beautiful Grotto Bay Beach Resort, the three-day event will offer a variety of yoga styles to new beginners and regular students. Less than a 2-hour flight from most U.S. east coast gateway cities, Grotto Bay is a 15-minute drive from the beautiful, historic Town of St. George.

From Friday, April 29th through Sunday, May 1st, attendees can choose from 30 workshops led by international and local yoga teachers, who will team up with energy healers, musicians and storytellers for workshops including asana, energy flow, mantra, meditation, breath work, yoga philosophy and chanting.

Beginners can choose from 12 sessions at the festival, which will introduce participants to the discipline and basic poses.

Ticket prices range from $80 for a half-day to $495 for a full festival pass. For more information about the Bermuda Yoga Festival and to purchase tickets, visit bermudayogafestival.com.
