Bermuda's Summer Festivals celebrate life in Bermuda. The festivals are great places to meet new friends, rekindle old friendships and sample Bermuda's unique culture and cuisine.
Harbour Nights, in Hamilton, Destination Dockyard in the West End and Market Nights, in St. George's, offer participants the opportunity to dance in the streets, sample local delicacies and take home souvenirs handcrafted by local artists. Hosted by the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, the festivals enable tourists to meet islanders and experience Bermuda's unique culture and cuisine.

The Gombeys reflect Bermuda's African, Native American and British colonial heritage with lively rhythms and vibrant costumes adorned with sequins, yarn fringe and trailing ribbons. Their rhythmic, age-old dances never fail to delight the crowds. A wide variety of food vendors compliment the Restaurants in Dockyard to ensure that no one goes hungry. Many local artisans are on hand to share insights into their crafts. In addition, several retailers stay open late into the evening, affording visitors an opportunity to browse among world-class jewellery, perfumes, leather goods, china, crystal and many other fine goods and chattels.
With so many activities, visitors inevitably work up an appetite. The food court fills the bill.
